Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing LabX for your mobile phone repair needs. This page provides all necessary information on shipping your device to us and our return process once repairs are complete. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and secure repair experience.

1. Shipping Your Device to LabX

Preparing for Shipment Once your repair request is pre-approved by LabX, we will send you an email with detailed mailing instructions, including the shipping address and recommended packaging tips. To ensure the safety of your device during transit, please securely package your device following the guidelines below.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Use a strong, protective box or padded envelope to prevent damage.
  • Wrap the device in bubble wrap to further protect it from shocks and bumps.
  • Avoid including any additional accessories (chargers, cases, etc.) unless specifically requested by LabX.
  • Label your package clearly with the address provided in our email instructions.

LabX is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping to our facility, so please use a reliable carrier and consider opting for tracked and insured shipping to safeguard your device.

2. Return Shipping After Repair

Once your repair is complete, LabX will ship your device back to you using a tracked delivery service. Our team carefully inspects and packages each device to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Return Shipping Process

LabX will notify you via email and call when your repair is complete and provide an estimated delivery time frame.

In the unlikely event that any issues arise during return shipping, please contact LabX customer service immediately, and we’ll assist in resolving the matter.

3. Expedited and Urgent Repairs

Need Your Device Urgently? For customers who require a quick turnaround, LabX offers expedited services to prioritize your repair and return shipping. If you’re in a rush, simply select the express shipping or urgent repair option when submitting your request.

How Expedited Services Work?

By choosing expedited or urgent repair options, your device will be prioritized in our repair queue.

Return shipping will be upgraded to express delivery, ensuring that you receive your device as quickly as possible.

LabX aims to accommodate urgent needs whenever possible, but please contact us to confirm availability of expedited repair services before shipping your device.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

To provide peace of mind and transparency, both the initial shipping to LabX (if you choose tracked shipping) and return shipping will include a tracking number. LabX will email you the tracking number for return shipping, allowing you to monitor your device’s journey from our repair facility back to your designated address.

5. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Outbound and return shipping for standard repairs includes basic tracking and is typically included in the cost of the repair.

Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply for expedited return shipping and urgent repair services. Pricing will vary depending on your location and service provider, and the fee will be disclosed upon request.

6. LabX Shipping Liability

While LabX takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your device once it arrives, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit to our facility. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping services when sending in your device.
