2. Return Shipping After Repair
Once your repair is complete, LabX will ship your device back to you using a tracked delivery service. Our team carefully inspects and packages each device to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

In the unlikely event that any issues arise during return shipping, please contact LabX customer service immediately, and we’ll assist in resolving the matter.
3. Expedited and Urgent Repairs
Need Your Device Urgently? For customers who require a quick turnaround, LabX offers expedited services to prioritize your repair and return shipping. If you’re in a rush, simply select the express shipping or urgent repair option when submitting your request.

Return shipping will be upgraded to express delivery, ensuring that you receive your device as quickly as possible.

To provide peace of mind and transparency, both the initial shipping to LabX (if you choose tracked shipping) and return shipping will include a tracking number. LabX will email you the tracking number for return shipping, allowing you to monitor your device’s journey from our repair facility back to your designated address.

Standard Shipping: Outbound and return shipping for standard repairs includes basic tracking and is typically included in the cost of the repair.
