The following Terms of Service govern your use of LabX’s repair services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these conditions.
A. Repair Authorization By submitting your device for repair, you authorize LabX to perform diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements as deemed necessary by our technicians. During the repair process, there is a small risk of data loss; therefore, LabX strongly advises customers to back up all data before submitting their device. LabX cannot be held responsible for any data loss occurring during repairs.
B. Repair Time Estimates LabX works to complete all repairs in a timely manner. However, repair times may vary depending on the device model, the nature of the repair, and parts availability. While LabX provides estimated completion times, unexpected issues may lead to slight delays.
C. Quality Parts and Workmanship LabX uses high-quality replacement parts for all repairs. In cases where original manufacturer parts are unavailable, LabX will source parts that meet our strict standards of quality and performance. All parts and labor used in our repairs are backed by our 1-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind and a lasting solution to your device’s issues.
D. Liability Limitations LabX’s liability is limited to repairs directly performed by LabX and covered under the 1-year warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from repairs, including loss of data or software malfunctions. LabX cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the device while in transit or while in our possession, except in cases of negligence by LabX.
E. Data Privacy LabX values the privacy of our customers’ personal information. Although our technicians may mistakenly view data while performing diagnostics, LabX upholds strict protocols to ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality. We do not access, save, or share customer information and take measures to respect your privacy throughout the repair process.
3. Limitation of Warranty
LabX’s 1-year warranty is limited and applies only to the specific repair performed and parts replaced. This warranty is exclusive to the original customer and is non-transferable. We do not cover any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from device use or the failure of repaired or replaced parts outside the coverage outlined in this document.
5. Warranty and Terms Updates
LabX reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty and Terms of Service at any time. Any updates to our terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their coverage or service terms.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the phone will be returned in the same condition if we are unable to repair it. For example, if the phone is brought to us stuck on the logo or rebooting on the logo, a repair attempt may result in the device shutting off completely. Customers cannot claim, “I gave you the phone in a specific condition, and I want it back in exactly the same condition."
Additionally, any accessories provided with the phone may not be returned. This includes cases, screen protectors, SIM cards, or other items attached to the phone, as these may need to be removed during the repair process.
