We offer a 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship for all repairs. This warranty covers the original repair and ensures that, should the same issue reoccur, we will repair it free of charge, provided no further damage has occurred to the device. However, warranty claims may be invalidated in cases of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after the original repair.
3. Product Sales Warranty
Products sold by LabX come with the original manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Please refer to the individual product details for specific warranty coverage. LabX is not responsible for defects arising from misuse, mishandling, or modifications to the products after purchase.
4. Liability Disclaimer
LabX is not responsible for any data loss, functionality, or settings that may be affected during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting their devices for repair. LabX shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
While we strive to repair all devices accurately, some issues may be beyond repair, or certain repairs may not fully restore a device to its original condition. LabX cannot guarantee compatibility of replacement parts with future updates or changes by manufacturers, and we are not responsible for any future malfunctions resulting from manufacturer updates.
6. Privacy and Data Security

7. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services and products must be made in full upon completion of the service or upon purchase.
